I've been a They Might Be Giants fan since 1996, when I heard one of their songs from 'Factory Showroom' on the Dr. Demento radio show and bought the album. Unbeknownst to me, my parents had already bought 'John Henry' a year before, so I had those two albums. I don't like spending money, so I didn't buy any of their other albums at the time. Soon as I got the internet, I was able to download most of their big songs like Ana Ng, Birdhouse, et al. For about a decade, that was it.
I went from fan to fanatic in 2007. My girlfriend (Eyetalic), it turned out, has been a huge TMBG fan since 1986. So we went to see them live... it ruled, and since then I've acquired most of their albums.
And yet, I regret not doing more sooner.

I have a very eclectic taste in music. My other favorite artists include Oingo Boingo, Great Big Sea, New Order, Blind Lemon Jefferson, Men at Work, Zapp, Psychedelic Furs, and Hall & Oates.
When not listening to music or browsing the internet, I keep myself occupied watching college basketball, high school football, reading about history, and watching television. I've now gained a passion for the emulation of classic games from the 8-bit and 16-bit eras.

Born and raised in Westminster, California. Living in Temecula, California now. Lived in the beautiful San Fernando Valley for six years. In between, spent 2 years living in Olympia, Washington. I've never been to New York.
