11/7/2003 I believe that it was done for an NPR appearance, "All Things Considered" if I'm not mistaken. - A President's Day special perhaps? I think the only other altered lyric besides the treasury was to change van Beuren from a moderate to a "waffler" or something like that. -Tisher
