Interpretations Talk:Feign Amnesia

From This Might Be A Wiki
We were standing outside of Sidewalk
With the crazy guy dancing behind us
With our forced smiles and all of the laughing
Then my sister lied, didn't need that ride

What? Is there a movie called "Sidewalk" which might explain this? Because if not, then Flans has gone crazy or something. ~ magbatz 00:46, 12 July 2007 (UTC)

Where did you get the idea that Sidewalk is a movie? Have you gone crazy? How would someone stand outside a movie? A movie theater perhaps. I was thinking it was a place. Like the name of a building or store or something. One might say "We were standing outside of Taco Bell" as an example. Please explain. One of us is confused. --badqueso 01:21, 12 July 2007 (UTC)
I don't know. But the fact that there's a specific situation with a crazy guy dancing, the narrator nervously smiling/laughing, a sister lying, and something about a ride, combined with the apparent lack of relation to the rest of the song, makes me believe that he's tying the stanza into the theme of the song by making some kind of reference to something. Perhaps a movie. ~ magbatz 01:51, 12 July 2007 (UTC)
How about the Sidewalk Cafe? ~ magbatz 03:49, 19 February 2008 (UTC)
Oh. That might work. ~ magbatz 03:49, 19 February 2008 (UTC)
