Talk:Greasy Kid Stuff
From This Might Be A Wiki
Hmmm...I wonder if this is a new theme song for this radio show? It's out of Portland, and I noticed that it's also played on WFMU, with which the giants seem to have a history. The radio show also put out two compilations, one of which - Greasy Kid Stuff 2: More Songs From Inside The Radio - had TMBG on it. I'm sure that's more than a coincidence. --Duke33 19:17, 10 January 2007 (UTC)
- That makes sense. It's called 'Greasy Kid Stuff', plus pretty much every verse mentions something to do with radios. Nice find. ~ magbatz 20:24, 10 January 2007 (UTC)
the phrase "greasy kid stuff" reminds me of the bob dylan song "i shall be free", which has the same lyric...
- It's also the name of a bit from Bill Cosby's old standup routine...I assume that's where the radio show took its name. --Duke33 16:05, 13 January 2007 (UTC)
This song is really great. Except that it's creepy.
GREASY KID STUFF??????
What does that even mean? That's creepy! Could someone please help me wrap my head around this?--You&Me!! (talk) 19:14, 31 May 2021 (EDT)
