Trivia/Info
- This ad, created for Diet Dr Pepper, is a parody of the TV show CHiPs with chimpanzees on the bikes instead of cops, and original CHiP Erik Estrada the one being pulled over.
- Some animal rights activists were angry about the "exploitation" of the chimps in this commercial.
- The ad won a 'best of the month' award by the industry tradepaper AdWeek in February 2002. The band was credited.
