I'm looking up TMBG articles on Newspapers.com - I read a concert preview for this show in the San Bernadino County Sun, Friday, November 18, 1994 page D1 "Alternative Group Has International Following". The details for this show seem to match up with the description here, though the article says the show is at 8pm. 7:15pm was probably doors open, I guess.
