- TMBG will not be playing Seattle at all. The NW Program for the Arts just sent out an email stating: Unfortunately, we had up-front costs to meet to bring them here and secured these funds 30 minutes after They Might Be Giants' booking agent made other plans. We're grateful to the band for their willingness to help NPA and wish the circumstances could have been different. Let's hope this can happen another time and I believe the band might return to Seattle in the fall. Sorry to disappoint those who were looking forward to this.

- TMBG may not play at Alki Beach in Seattle during the concert starting on August 12, however, if the organizers get enough support by the 21st, a replacement show may take place at the Moore Theater on August 12.
