Wig In A Box is a tribute album to the musical Hedwig and the Angry Inch. Numerous prominent artists covered or wrote songs inspired by the musical, which is about a sex change gone wrong. They Might Be Giants contributed "The Long Grift" to the album.
Proceeds from album sales were donated to Harvey Milk High School for GSM youths.
