I heard 'Istanbul' on a cartoon (I have no idea which one)many many years ago, and the tune got stuck in my head irretrivably. Although the words changed to "Na na na, winds light but variable" effectively removing any hope of locating it with google, I still spent over a decade trying to work out what it was. Fortunately Radio KOL (http://www2.kingdomofloathing.com/radio.php) saved me when I heard it again and was finally able to put a band to the song, after that I did a bit of research and I am very glad for it.
