Talk:S-E-X-X-Y

From This Might Be A Wiki

Anyone know the definitive date that this was performed on larry sanders? This page says 9/21, but the Shows/1996 page says 9/20. --Duke33 18:25, 16 April 2007 (UTC)

According to TV.com, the episode first aired November 20, 1996. But I'm more interested in seeing Arsenio Hall footage... --badqueso 04:24, 17 April 2007 (UTC)

The strings at the end remind me a lot of the strings throughout the Kate Bush song "Houdini." Very unsettling.

Talking Heads[edit]

Anybody else think that the beginning of this song sounds kind of similar to the beginning of Houses In Motion by Talking Heads? --Fuzy2K (talk) 19:07, 16 September 2014 (EDT)

Broken EP page[edit]

The page for the EP of the same name is broken. --ColorOfInfinity (talk) 22:24, 19 October 2019 (EDT)

Really big shew[edit]

The Conan performance of S-E-X-X-Y had to have been the most extravagant TMBG spectacle to date, and maybe of all time. It's Flansburgh's vision at its most manic. Funky bass lines! Eric S. vamping! Gold suits with white turtlenecks and chains with Factory Showroom TMBG medallions! Horn and string quartets! Indoor tinted lenses! I like the Mono Puff vibe & this was that, with Electra money. Whoop! --Nehushtan (talk) 17:32, 5 April 2020 (EDT)
