Has anyone noticed that the newly-released version of this song is different from the Myspace version? It might even be a complete re-recording, I can't tell.--Anextrafacelol 02:00, 31 May 2007 (UTC)

I agree - this seems to be different from the last version, based upon my feeble recollection. Anyone have a copy of the myspace version, that they could compare, to see if it's two separate versions? --Duke33 16:53, 1 June 2007 (UTC)
I do have a copy of the Myspace version and I do think this one's entirely new, but I couldn't tell for for sure because I'm a dummy. I'll give it a more thoruogh listen later today.--Anextrafacelol 18:15, 1 June 2007 (UTC)

UPDATE:It's so hard for me to tell if a lot of it was re-recorded, it sounds like some elements were kept, possibly including the vocals, but there was definitely a bunch of work done to this version to spruce it up. I'd say the bass line was definitely re-recorded, and the bass line during the coda of the song has at least been changed. There's also cymbal crashes and some other noises that have been added, and the original version fades out at the end whereas this one doesn't.

So I don't know, maybe the Dust Brothers got ahold of this one.--Anextrafacelol 03:40, 2 June 2007 (UTC)

This sounds really familiar, like another TMBG song... -Cody-schmidt

The chords seem very similar to those of Sketchy Galore. - User:J2

Frank Lloyd Wright[edit]

The MySpace artwork looks like American architect Frank Lloyd Wright. Is there a connection to the tune, or just random?--Rljenk 20:31, 21 June 2007 (UTC)

MISC[edit]

I asked Flans about this song, and he replied on tumblr: "JF: It was a song that just kind of got lost in the long gestation period of Join Us." Does this seem right? Doesn't it pre-date the Else? Thoughts?
