I think both of those are cases where the smoke was obviously fire-induced, so fire is implied. I think that's enough to warrant a spot on the list. After all, it's still TMBG using fire-imagery to get a point across. Or something like that. - Apollo (colloquia!) 11:05, 25 July 2011 (EDT)

Ok, sounds good to me. Cigarettes (but not smoking) came up in You Don't Like Me when I was going through, and I didn't really want to include that. So okay, when combustion is implied, sounds delightful. ~ magbatz 11:07, 25 July 2011 (EDT)
