Uploading Files

I'm not able to upload any files, though I see others have been able to since the 9/24 rehost. Perhaps they are using a different interface? I'm trying to use Special:Upload from a mobile phone (Chrome 77 on Samsung Note9). I keep getting these errors while trying to upload a jpg image file:

• Could not read or write file "mwstore://local-backend/local-public/0/05/UW_OfficeScene.jpg" due to insufficient permissions or missing directories/containers.
• Could not store file "/tmp/phpXNa1iw" at "mwstore://local-backend/local-public/0/05/UW_OfficeScene.jpg".

Shows by user or venue

Clicking on a user's name in the attendee list creates this query, which fails with "This is a dynamic page, but no user was selected":

Clicking on a venue name in a show listing creates this query, which fails with "No venue matches for Bowery Ballroom":
