Greetings from Flansburgh from downtown Manhattan. I've been in heavy rehearsals with the Loser's Lounge for the first theatrical production of "People Are Wrong!" We want to invite everyone out to our opening night and beyond, starting next Thursday, March 20. In other exciting news, Gigantic will be having its theatrical release in May. We know it'll be screening in New York City, with other cities to follow shortly thereafter. Congrats and kudos to filmmakers AJ Schnack and Shirley Moyers for crossing the finish line. They are selling posters of the movie to benefit themselves at the excellent www.giganticfilm.com. We are also happy to announce we are going to be creating a children's book called Bed, Bed, Bed for Simon & Schuster for release sometime this fall or next spring. We are working with the much-beloved McSweeney's illustrator Marcel Dzama and there will be a CD with at least 4 new recordings included with the book. Hopefully an extended Borders in-store tour will accompany the release. We love those things.
