As stupid as some of the interpretations in these pages can be, this one strikes me as too deliberately stupid -- obviously you have to know that the song was written long long before Barack Obama became a public figure. Don't get your panties in a knot dude, the former poster can't be serious. It's obvious this song is way too old to be talking about Obama. But isn't it funny that it describes him and his rise so well? It shows how versatile (or simply insightfully written?) the lyrics are to interpretation. In a way, Obama is the new Son of God, just turn on the television and you'll have no way to disagree.
