I am mystified on fingerings that are actually playable for F#m switching to F#m/E Bm switching to Bm/A E/G# switching to E

I tried playing these and I can play F#m with a E bar chord shape on the 9th fret but how do you add the E?

Bm i was playing on the 7th fret.

E I was playing on the 7th fret also with the A string as the root.
