Guitar Tab:Istanbul (Not Constantinople)

From This Might Be A Wiki
Istanbul (Not Constantinople)
By: Jimmy Kennedy & Nat Simon
Key: F Harmonic Minor
Year: 1990
Tabbed By: Adam Schneider (indigo@ucscb.ucsc.edu)
The wrong chords were posted here before, about 2 whole steps
higher than normal. After watching the JBTV performance after
John Henry came out. I'm sure these are the right chords.

[Each chord is one measure, except "X - Y" is one measure TOTAL.]

Chord formations (no capo):

Fm: C7:
EADGBe EADGBe
13211x 01301x

Intro: (Note: The intro riffs aren't tabbed here right now, since They do it in many
variations in live shows, never mind what Mark plays on the record. Either Dan Miller
or the horn section play various intros, but when the full band joins in, this is how it goes):

(Optional, in live shows): Fm (but you can add your own at your own experimentation and preference)

(The intro riff, played on violin on the record, but Dan plays this in many live shows):
