Scanned at 2400 DPI; I then used the G'MIC plugin for GIMP to descreen, then do a slight mean curvature smooth. I chose to err on the side of text readability rather than hiding artifacts of the screen printing. I also went for grayer color curves, as it only shows up really blue under very bright lighting conditions. I then scaled it down.
