Wouldn't the information on the sticker be created by whatever radio station originally received the specific promo on eBay? It looks like descriptions I've seen on promos at radio stations before, as well as having what seems to be a personal email address. ~ veggieman 18:39, 23 October 2012 (EDT)

This one had the contact info of a person who is in the PR biz. It also had the release date listed on the sticker, which would come from the PR agency. --Duke33 11:41, 24 October 2012 (EDT)
