Hey everybody! Flansburgh here. I'm writing you backstage in Buffalo on one of the most beautiful days of the year. Got some special stuff up on TMBG's Clock Radio (a free download at www.tmbg.com !). If you go to the Emergency Broadcast band, you can hear the WNYC Soundcheck program with They Might Be Giants in its entirety, including a fine version of "Au Contraire." Plus at the top of the program, we've included our two jingles for Cartoon Network, along with our summertime cover of the Beach Boys' "Caroline, No."

I am also extremely happy to announce that our song "Clap Your Hands" will be featured in a Gap ad for the GapKids stores. We haven't seen the spot yet, but we've been assured it is of the startling and stellar quality of previous Gap ads. It should be on the air in the next couple of weeks.

In Gigantic news, if your cable system includes the Starz channel, this weekend's episode of "Festival Pass with Chris Gore" is dedicated to the film Gigantic. Check it totally out! Saturday, July 19 @ 7:30pm

Tuesday, July 22 @ 7:30pm

Friday, July 25 @ 5:30am

Sunday, July 27 @ 1:10am

Tuesday, July 29 @ 10:20am and 5:45pm (All times eastern)

And again, it is our mass email duty to tell everyone the many varied places Gigantic is showing across the country! See it in a town near you.
