I'm not sure, and I don't know if it makes any sense, since I'm not an american I don't know if this expression exists, but could "Q U" mean "Queue you"? And they speak of a coulple in the lyrics (they're often a pair), and use a duck (quack quack quack) to explain the use of "qu".
