I just picked up a CD from a guy in an Omaha mall who was selling a lot of stuff that looked like bootlegs. Anyway, I figured I'd add what I can to this page. Flansburgh introduces "She's Actual Size" as a song about "scale, sexuality and relationships." "We're The Replacements" is played at about half-tempo and sounds much more melancholy than its studio version. The CD says that the concert is from a "NDR Live Radio Broadcast," which Flansburgh references at the start of the concert when he welcomes the audience to their "transcontinental transmission."
