Amazon lied[edit]

We've been promised current orders will all be processed asap and in your mail boxes in just a day or two.

I can tell you that Amazon shipped exactly ZERO copies yesterday. All of the copies that we have sold through the website are still sitting there as unfulfilled. --Duke33 14:36, 2 September 2009 (UTC)
