I don't think it's C Major. If it were C Major, it would be just all the white keys on a piano, and I can't replicate the bass-line by playing just those. I mean, some songs modulate in parts too, but I don't think Cloisonne is one of those songs. (Disclaimer: I haven't actually tried playing along to the song myself yet.) | ||

Key Signature?
I don't think it's C Major. If it were C Major, it would be just all the white keys on a piano, and I can't replicate the bass-line by playing just those. And not to mention, there's an A# in the guitar tab. I have no doubt the root note is C, but I don't think it's C Major. - Something can be in a certain key without using solely notes from that scale in the song. Songs have more than one chord in them, after all.
