I'm not entirely sure, but I remember thinking the first time I heard this song that he was talking about how he's done with dressing like the appropriate decade like everyone does only to look back and think "Wow, I really used to look like that?" So, bassically, he's saying he's dressing like a normal person, and that's that. No more fads from the decade to regret later.
