-Hey Desck, I don't have the two mp3s you requested, but I really like the idea of a sort of "rare song exchange." I have tons of rare or unreleased TMBG songs and radio interviews, and I'd be glad to share them. If you're interested, just post a list of all your rare songs here, and then I'll make a list of what I have that you don't have and what you have that have that I don't have and we can give them to eachother via e-mail, mail (CDRs), or by posting them here for eachother to download. (I am especailly interested in songs from tmbg.com's free tunes page, since I didn't start getting those until The Bloodmobile and missed The Blue Note. Do you know if it's legal to share TMBG Unlimited songs? I have lots of them, but not all.) Well, I hope this works out. This could spread to all of tmbw, and everyone could enjoy hard to get TMBG songs.
Why do you want to turn this nice wiki into a disrespectful public exchange of TMBG's studio material?
That's not at all what I want to do. I just think it would be nice if fans could get together and share their legal unreleased TMBG songs.
Hmm. I don't really know the legal ramifications of that, and come to think of it, I don't know if it's legal to share some of the songs I offered! (Hm, Guess I'll go fix that.) As for the TMBG Unlimited songs, I'd guess it's illegal, probably. I wish they still offered them and I don't see why they don't. Too bad.
If you want to go ahead and make a song exchange, go ahead, but don't count me in on it. (I'm a wimp on file-sharing things)

I'm also a big music theory buff, but I also have perfect pitch, and I know the key of a song just by hearing it. ...I'm not bragging. If I edit your list (I think I saw only one mistake ^_^), would that bother you? - Overjoy
Not in the slightest. Go right ahead. Actually, I'm glad to hear there's only one mistake, since I did figure some of them out on a keyboard. Good to know my ears still work! (And, quite randomly, as I don't have perfect pitch, can you just "tell" the key of a song, or do you have to think about the chords and notes first?) - Desck
- Yeah, I can just tell, but only if it's a key I hear all the time (Like C Major, G Major, D Major are some). Some other keys I do have to think about, but I'm usually right. :) - Overjoy
- (Quick edit) - I also confirmed some of the correct keys that you have, like the two B Major songs are truly B Major, and took some noodly lines away from some of the "unsure" songs that I have confirmed. I'm also making lists of songs in D Major/B Minor and F Major/D Minor. If you want to see those lists, I'll gladly post them here. :D - Overjoy

That's pretty awesome man, I didn't even know they let non-students do things like that. I asked if you attended because I actually know/know of more then a few "child prodigies", so I didn't rule that possibility out. I'd love to do a radio show thing like that. Man, that's awesome. - Desck
