This Might Be A Wiki:Last.fm Charts

From This Might Be A Wiki

Last.fm (http://www.last.fm) is a free website/service that records the titles and artist of every song you listen to (via a free download of the Last.fm client), and displays them on your own Last.fm page. The program is currently available for Windows, OS X, Linux and more, and supports iTunes, Windows Media Player, Winamp, and much more. Sign up here.

TMBW users with Last.fm accounts can put the Last.fm Chart template on their user page to let others see what they're listening to.

To add it to your page, type:

{{Lastfm|username=Last.fm username|type=See below|color=blue, red, or plain|rows=amount of rows to show (1 to 10)}}

Here's a list of types you can use with your Last.fm chart (only one works at a time, but you may use the template multiple times with different types specified):

  • recenttracks - Shows the last six songs you've listened to
  • artists - Shows the six artists you've listened to most in the past week (updates Mondays)
  • tracks - Shows the six songs you've listened to most in the past week (updates Mondays)
  • oartists - Shows your top six most listened to artists
  • otracks - Shows your top six most listened to songs

And here's what the chart looks like when added to your page! (this one is for recent tracks):
