relevant quote, and question[edit]

I'm not sure how this could be worked into the article, but I feel that the actual quote from which the movie takes its name should be included somehow, so I'll paste it here and hope that someone else who's better at editing will work on it:

Dr. Mildred Watson: You're just like Don Quixote. You think that everything is always something else.
Justin Playfair: Well, he had a point. 'Course he carried it a bit too far. He thought that every windmill was a giant. That's insane. But, thinking that they might be, well... All the best minds used to think the world was flat. But what if it isn't? It might be round. And bread mold might be medicine. If we never looked at things and thought of what might be, why we'd all still be out there in the tall grass with the apes.

Also, the article (which really does need at least a bit of expanding), simply says that TMBG took their name from the movie. I was under the impression that They took their name from a ventriloquist act, and that it was him who took the name from the movie. Any confirmation on this? - uglinessman 07:01, 23 May 2006 (CDT)

See Trivia for your confirmation. (Yes, I know I'm responding to a three-and-a-half month old thread, but the guy might still be looking for this info.) — User:ACupOfCoffee@ 18:28, 8 September 2006 (UTC)

Not much to write home about[edit]

The movie was okay. I liked to look at the streets of 1970's New York. The ending is ambiguous. Worth a watch, but probably won't become your favorite movie.--Pittsburghmuggle (talk) 21:12, 25 January 2015 (EST)
