Talk:The Puppet Johns
It must have been an audio interview, but i seem to remember once that Flansburgh and Linnell said that they do the puppeteering themselves. Anyone else want to back that up?--Duke33 20:30, 3 December 2007 (UTC)
- I'm pretty sure that's true... I know that on the ABC's DVD, during some of the the video introductions, you can see Linnell's head in the corner, moving with his voice.
...that sounds strange. But, yanno. If you've seen it, you know what I'm talking about.--INeedACrane 22:33, 3 December 2007 (UTC)
On Youtube there is a video of the puppets singing "Older", but I can't find anything about this on the wiki. Does anyone know about this? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZnT5JkGydVY —Preceding unsigned comment added by 126.96.36.199 (talk) 22:40, January 30, 2020
- It likely comes from this 2008 episode of the TMBG Friday Night Family Podcast, which seems to be the prime era of when these puppets were used. Since the person who uploaded that video to YouTube in 2009 didn't provide any source information, and since I never saw the podcasts while they were happening, I can only guess. --MisterMe (talk) 08:59, 31 January 2020 (EST)
