My winamp program says the mp3's 83kbps(VBR), not 201kbps; but since it's VBR, I dunno how that would be measured.. the average perhaps?

My audio program lists the average bitrate as 83kbps over the course of the file, so I'd go with that as well.

Whirlwind - I think you have an old, broken version of WMP that doesn't give VBR bitrates correctly. 128.2.150.33
