Talk:People Are Wrong!

From This Might Be A Wiki

I don't suppose there're any plans to release a recording of all the songs from People Are Wrong anytime soon? Tutt 15:48, 10 Oct 2005 (EDT)MasterChivo

Should we move this page to "People Are Wrong!"? The website and poster seem to use that over "People Are Wrong". --User:Magbatz 16:35, 30 May 2006 (CDT)

Perhaps so. I think we should. — User:ACupOfCoffee@ 16:39, 30 May 2006 (CDT)

Does the "People are Wrong!" homepage link for anyone?--Fasterthanyou 04:31, 2 January 2007 (UTC)

not currently. ~ magbatz 04:54, 2 January 2007 (UTC)
It's dead. You can check out the various archived versions of the website over it's lifetime using the Wayback Machine at archive.org. Unfortunately, it does not appear to be possible to access the free mp3 files that were available there at one time. --Nehushtan 00:02, 11 March 2008 (UTC)

Does anyone know if there's someplace where I can get recordings of the songs or something? I mean, without illegaly taking them from the clock radio or something like that.

Could anyone provide a more complete plot synopsys, or a more detailed description of how this is "based on a true story?"

-- Could someone possibly upload the mp3s that were previously available on the People Are Wrong website?

I heard Ponytail on Clock Radio.

But haven't heard any of the others... if anyone has them, please release them! --Panarchy 11:45, 1 July 2008 (UTC)

The songs People Are Wrong! (Song) and The Everlasting Vibe were free MP3s when peoplearewrong.net was functioning, Chainsaw Dick (Live) was uploaded to the wiki and offered as a free download, and Xanthus Saves, I Know What I Saw, Dimension Six Rock, At The Agway, and The Gravel's Coming With Us, Dear Old Plants were/are all on Clock Radio. I had all these at one point, but because I didn't like much of it, I deleted each file one by one (slowly and beautifully). However, since these were all very available for download a couple years ago, I'm sure somebody else who's more of a completionist has them. But if not, as a last resort for you, I've got Chainsaw Dick and Everlasting Vibe on my un-cleverly titled second-sequel Miscellaneous B mix from 2004, though the quality would be less-than-great. I don't see the harm in sending this material, since it's from an off-Broadway production that hasn't been active and probably won't ever be revived. ~ magbatz 17:34, 1 July 2008 (UTC)

I hate to resurrect something that seems dead, but well, here goes. Anyone out there have the running song list from the show in performance? Or is that list on the front page the actual show song list? --Kenishi72 01:01, 14 September 2009 (UTC)

The original posting of the song list makes it seem like the order songs went in from one performance, if that answers your question. Do you have a different ordering? ~ magbatz 01:29, 14 September 2009 (UTC)

hi if anyones reading! I added the new picture a while back, but there's also other cool hq pics from the show on the vineyard theatre site. Would it be necessary to link to that somewhere on the page? or even add the photos visually? Just incase people wanted to see them, thought I'd ask :P not sure if this is even the right place to though... lol
