Talk:Dial-A-Song (2018)

From This Might Be A Wiki

MrDj: Could someone more knowledgable please add information about previous iterations of the Radio Network? I did not know of them (and when I had a radio show 10 years ago I think I missed the boat, temporally). Some details here Dial-A-Song_Radio_Network_Sampler

DuedPerkins: I felt so happy on new year's day when they put the dial-a-song service back up. I had seen the albums and archives, but it just seems so much cooler when it's happening right now over the phone.

MrDJ: Agreed! Free when you call from work ☎️. I added All Time What for today.

Swagar: Why is the 2018 iteration called the Radio Network and 2015 called Dial-A-Song Direct? There was a radio network in 2015, and the download page over at dialasong.com says "join Dial-A-Song Direct".

Alexander Cow Bell[edit]

The 2015 Dial-A-Song logo looks like it was based on the AT&T logo used from 1939-1964. The 2018 Dial-A-Song logo is Paul Sahre's variation on the Saul Bass logo Bell (AT&T) used from 1969 on - with a musical instrument center staged. --Nehushtan (talk) 11:09, 19 October 2019 (EDT)
