Stephen "Steve" Blickenstaff designed the two sided "giant bugs" T-shirt for They Might Be Giants. He is also notable for having illustrated the cover art for The Cramps compilation Bad Music for Bad People.
In 2011, TMBG reincarnated the back of the "bugs" shirt Blickenstaff designed for the first-ever TMBG track jacket. The Dial-A-Song phone number was omitted, but the text "THEY MIGHT BE GIANTS" in the font from the cover of They Might Be Giants was placed above the image.
