Lyrics Talk:Judy Is Your Viet Nam

What's Flans singing falsetto during the "who knew she could be so reckless?" section? The second line sounds like "what a party" (which totally fits the context) but I can't make out the rest, really, except that the last bit ends in an "eer" sound. For some reason the inflection makes me feel like it's snatches of dialogue? - Apollo (colloquia!) 20:10, 18 July 2011 (EDT)

Sample misinterpretation: "Poison knocking / girls are lying / there's snur snarlyer ear". Definitely sounds intentionally ununciated, whatever it is. ~ magbatz 20:32, 18 July 2011 (EDT)
I tried doing a center-channel removal in Audacity, which successfully took out the lead vocal on default settings, but the backup vocals are still about as unclear as ever. -CapitalQtalk ♪ 21:03, 18 July 2011 (EDT)
doesn't fit at all with the rest of the lyrics, but the last line sounds a lot to me like "christmas time is here". Limabeans ( · ) 01:06, 20 July 2011 (EDT)
Well, Flans did just say on Tumblr that it is a Christmas song, but he doesn't remember the words. The first line is "boughs of holly." And you are right about "Christmas time is here." I just can't make out the line in the middle. And my Google searching hasn't turned up any Christmas songs with that combination of lyrics so it may be a Christmas song Flans made up. Whatever that middle line is, the last word doesn't seem to rhyme with holly. --BlueCanary 01:49, 20 July 2011 (EDT)
