I've been to Highway 17b, here's a few facts: Woodstock, one of the hugest hippie conventions ever, happened nearby. Located on it is Teek and Vee's a little roadside restaurant. Its near a small town in NY, and let's face it, that gives it a better chance of having TMBG being there. (Okay, so its only three facts, but it leads me to one conclusion) This may be the highway that this is based on.

Actually, I've heading to that area myself this weekend, so I did some research. Teek and Vee's is both an auto dealership and a diner, The Quickway Diner in Bloomingburg, NY. It's actually located on Highway 17K, off Exit 116 on Route 17. Highway 17B does pass Bethel and the original Woodstock site on its way to Callicoon, NY.
