Interpretation 1[edit]

This song is spoofing "We Have Heaven" by Yes. Listen to it and you'll see what I mean. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Random (talkcontribs) 17:32, December 10, 2004

Haven't heard the Yes song, but this song immediately reminded me of Frank Zappa. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 84.195.188.56 (talk) 10:15, December 14, 2004
Reminded me more of parts of "Close to the Edge" also by Yes. The way the instruments are played and some of the syncopation almost exactly matches it. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 68.238.131.112 (talk) 19:55, January 21, 2005

Interpretation 2[edit]

The pseudo-medieval sounding guitar part is vaguely reminiscent of some of the stuff on "Songs from the Wood," an album by Jethro Tull. Specifically, it calls to mind "Hunting Girl", "Cap in Hand", and "The Whistler". I just thought I'd mention that. --Anatole the Vampire 14:12, February 6, 2005

"Cap in hand" by the Proclaimers? That's not right! --The One True Mango 20:43, November 30, 2005

Interpretation 3[edit]

Works brilliantly. Perhaps too well, as it makes you think that Yes might not be all bad. Depressingly for Flans, it's one of the few stand out tracks that he writes on Venue Songs. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Mr tuck (talkcontribs) 13:43, January 31, 2006

Interpretation 4[edit]

The lyrics remind me of an RPG where you have to do 20 things just to open a door, or other things like that. (First, walk through the trees. Then find the sword, and see the serpant. Then, go and tell the moon. Also...) —Preceding unsigned comment added by 69.211.75.13 (talk) 01:49, May 30, 2006

Indeed, I got the visual of a little Link running from a molested hive of bees. - CatastropheelingGood
