Ammonia D is credited on the Mono Puff album Unsupervised with providing Mellotron samples on "Careless Santa" and "To Serve Mankind." Rev. Ammonia D is actually the stage name of Paul Seegers, particularly when he appears with Manhole Vortex, the EBM/industrial group he co-founded. Seegers also plays keyboards for live performances by Tom Shear's group Assemblage 23.
