Trivia/Info[edit | edit source]

  • Very little is known about this "demo", or whether this tape even is a demo or a "counterfeit fake" by a fan. The style of tape used is anachronistically impossible based on the supposed date of the "demo" (being a Maxell brand from a style first seen in 1992 with the MX-90),and has been actively 'weathered' to remove all traces of the tapes history. In addition, the quality of the labelling - lacking the full band name and with imprecise labelling, seems implausible as a genuine release.
  • The tracks are scattered around the tape, with a substantial amount of blank space in between many tracks, indicating that there might have been more that have since been erased.
  • The versions of Everything Right Is Wrong Again, (She Was A) Hotel Detective and Chess Piece Face (which are unique to this demo tape) are all very similar to the versions that are found on the The Pink Album.
  • The track Sally Boy Candy Bar appears to have been dubbed over by an unknown source.
